Welcome to ChatDMC. These Booking Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and the booking of holiday packages through our service. By using ChatDMC, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. About ChatDMC

ChatDMC, registered in India, is a B2B travel platform connecting travel agents with Destination Management Companies (DMCs)worldwide. We facilitate the process of requesting quotes, managing trip files, and communicating with DMCs.

2. User Agreement

  • By using ChatDMC, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • You must be a registered travel agent to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. Booking Process

  • ChatDMC acts as an intermediary between travel agents and DMCs.
  • When you book an activity, you enter into a direct contract with the DMC, not with ChatDMC.
  • ChatDMC collects payments on behalf of DMCs and remits funds after deducting commissions.

4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are set by the DMCs and may be subject to change.
  • Prices are quoted in different currencies depending on the destination. The Rate of Exchange (ROE) applicable will be as per the payment date.
  • Payment methods and terms are specified during the booking process.
  • Additional transaction charges such as payment gateway fees or currency conversion charges may apply at the time of payment. These will be notified to the travel agent.
  • ChatDMC does not charge travel agents any platform fees.
  • Additional local taxes may apply in addition to the quoted rates. These will be notified at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are determined by the DMCs and may vary for each activity.
  • Refund requests must be made through the ChatDMC platform. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the funds from the DMC, as agreed between the agent and DMC.
  • ChatDMC will facilitate the refund process with the DMC on your behalf.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree not to share your contact information or reveal your details to DMCs.
  • You may only provide details of the passengers actually traveling.
  • Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Liability

  • ChatDMC is not liable for any discrepancies in services offered or promised by DMCs.
  • We will assist in resolving disputes between travel agents and DMCs to the best of our ability.
  • ChatDMC is not financially liable for any issues arising from DMC services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the ChatDMC platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws when using our platform.

10. Changes to Terms

  • ChatDMC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • We will notify users of any significant changes to these terms.
